ERojas01: Erienne Rojas is a second year MFA candidate in Poetry at the City College of New York, where she received her Bachelor’s in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Jewish Studies. She has worked in book publishing for over four years, overseeing key publicity campaigns for frontlist and backlist titles to strengthen media and author connections. She is also a freelance publicist, working closely with independent firms and debut authors in writing press releases and pitch letters for established clients and generating mailing lists varying on market and media type. Her work has appeared in print sources such as Poetry in Performance and Slice, including various online premises like LiterateNubian.org, Ibero-American Magazine, Spanglish Magazine, The Write Place at the Write Time, Me Magazine and The Sacramento Book Review.
